Our structured classes are led by highly qualified coaches and focus on putting the participants at the heart of every session. Gymnasts have the opportunity to develop skills on the floor and on apparatus and will work individually and in a small group. We have our own badge scheme that gymnasts work towards, alongside developing fundamental movement skills that are transferable to a number of different sports settings. Kingston Gymnastics is a registered British Gymnastics Club.

Classes run term time only on Saturday’s and are based in the gym and dining hall at The Tiffin Girls’ School, Kingston upon Thames.
